PE 300 Physical Education Teaching Strategies

Open to Physical Education majors only. This course prepares students to apply Laban's movement framework to the teaching of K-8 physical education classes. Developmentally appropriate movement activities include content based literacy. Effective planning and teaching strategies are developed. 20 hours of field experience in an elementary/middle school setting is required.
