PHYS 125 University Physics I
Introductory course for science/engineering students which uses calculus. Fundamental principles of mechanics, heat, and sound. Three lectures, one recitation, and one three-hour laboratory per week. Credit not given to students who have had PHYS 121. CSUS Common Course.

MATH 152. with a grade of C- or higher. Students with grades lower than C- are unsuccessful in grasping the theory and solving problems.
Corequisite
Techniques of methods of integration introduced in Math 221 are essential to follow the topics introduced and solve the problems.
