TL 531 Introduction to Self-Leadership (IFS) for Educators

This is an introductory course that provides the fundamental concepts the Internal Family Systems model and self-leadership to adult education professionals. Educators will learn to apply these concepts and derived methods to develop effective leadership in their professional roles.
