TL 581 AI in Schools & Communities: Opportunities and Challenges

This course examines the ethical, philosophical, and societal dimensions of artificial intelligence in K–12 education and local communities. Students will investigate how AI technologies intersect with issues of equity, access, diversity, and the future of work, and explore how educators can promote digital literacy and justice in technology-rich environments.
