THS 100 Topics in Tourism and Hospitality

This course introduces students to various topics in the Tourism and Hospitality industries. It offers students the opportunity to dive deeper into one specific area of Tourism and Hospitality, and themes and titles can vary from section to section. Students will learn how the particular area of focus fits into the overall THS industry and the overall economy. Topics could include the following: hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, casinos, event planning, country clubs and bar clubs, theme parks, and beverages.
